Uh, please pardon our dust...

...the blog template is under construction.

Moooom, I am NOT ready for my closeup!

Do you ever look at your furniture and just want to throw it all out the door and start over?

Yeah, like who can afford to do that??

Don't worry; I'm not starting the blog all over, but while I move it to a newer, much cleaner template and design, you might notice the header and color scheme is a bit wonky.

UPDATE: The template migration is done! Now I just need to get the furniture straight...

Anyway, I think you'll like the new and improved look of the blog; I've been working on it in draft and I'm really excited!

Stay tuned...

  1. Can't wait to see the new design. I've been dying to do his for the longest time but haven't had the courage.

Just curious--how do you work on it in draft form? I only know live or not live.

  2. Looking good so far! BTW, I am super bummed (pun not intended, but nonetheless acknowledged) that I missed the poop post. Had to scroll down and find it. Glad I did!

  4. Hi Y'all,

    We're really excited!

Being a dog I'm not technically inclined and my Human...well...forget it!

So we love seeing all the great stuff y'all can do with your "html"...oh...that's the extent of my technical expertise, the term only. I don't know what it is.

    Y'all come by now,

  7. I think it looks awesome! I love the polka dots. You are very skilled to do this all yourself. Congratulations on the fun changes!

  8. Thanks for all the support, everyone. As you know, this turned out to be much harder (with color) than I anticipated. :)

@Pamela - Moving the template in blogger was simple (and blogger has a "blogger in draft" mode at draft.blogger.com where one can "try on" different templates). I actually had to create a whole new "practice" blog in the end, though, because adding the new header would not work in draft. (And, BTW, it was the header I was most "worried" about before the fact. Turns out, one can make a header pretty easily using picnik.com.)
I don't know Wordpress, but if you have a general idea of what you want (including your color scheme :), I have no doubt you can do it yourself.

    @Tucker - Glad you found it! ;)

@Hawk - I know a bit of HTML, but I promise I didn't have to use ANY of it for this! :) If you can use picnik.com and blogger, that's all you need to know. :)
