Tacky Cardigan With Words on It: Why Reality TV Sucks for My Cats

Not my reality TV, either. THEIRS!

I don't know how long they sat there and watched that stupid (ugly, nasty...) stink bug the other night, but I KNOW they didn't kill it. Stupid things are too gross even for cats! Corgis, too! ICK!

Do your pets watch "reality" TV? And by that, I mean do they watch creepy bugs in your house, or eat them? Do you hate stink bugs, too? (Fun topic, huh?) ☺

If you'd like me to consider a photo of you pet(s) for a tacky cardigan, just post it to the Facebook page!

  1. Well, my pets don´t watch "reality" TV. I think they eat the bugs, the bees, any type of insect. And yes: I hate stink bugs... ;-)

  2. I dead flies by eating them. Peeps thinks that is gross. Have a wonderful Wednesday.

  3. All insects are toys to my cat, toys that are to be tortured and killed before being discarded. Makes me glad I am above her in the food chain.

    1. Yes, we are lucky to be high up on the food chain (and that we don't scuttle on 6, 8, 100 legs when we move). ;)

  4. No, my dogs pay no mind to bugs. Jimmy watches real TV and Wilson is obsessed! with watching out the front window. I wouldn't mind stink bugs if they would just stay outside. They seem pretty harmless compared to ticks and mosquitoes.

    1. Well, no, stink bugs don't bite people or animals, so I guess they're harmless that way. They do destroy crops, though, so they're a bane to farmers. I just think they're SO UGLY. They always wind up landing on my car window (on the inside) while I'm driving, too (shudders). I've had to pull off the road to flick them out a few times. :P

  6. Oh yeah...we like watching the bugs that come in the house...and we play with them until they can't take it anymore. Heheheh.

  7. I am a consummate fly catcher when the flies get in the house. All Ma hears is >snap, snap, SNAP< of my jaws and then, the fly is gone. Stink bugs...pee-yooo...no way I'm touching one of those!

  8. We don't have stink bugs up here. But I did see Honey watch quietly while a rat walked out of our attic, across the hall, and down the steps. Sometimes I wish my dog wasn't such a pacifist. :)

    1. Pamela! :D She's not a pacifist, she's smart (ew, rat!). This coming from the lady who has several cats and yet, is pretty sure a mouse is visiting her kitchen in the wee hours. :( Maybe I should cut back on their food? (kidding!)
