And now, the answers to Monday's "Internet hoax" quiz:
1. True. My survey. Don't accidentally eat a black jelly bean in front of your dog.
2. True. I was the eyewitness. The fact that the kid was wearing a sheep mask is irrelevant.
3. True. I won.
4. True, however, the "spicy" part is relative. For example, if a dog happened to eat some of a cat's M&Ms, he'd probably call them "spicy." Hypothetically speaking, because dogs and cats shouldn't be buying M&Ms. Speaking of spicy M&Ms, look what just debuted at a Target near you...
What a coincidence, huh?!
By the way - in case you didn't bother to read my pumpkin post (ahem) - it's important not to add too much pumpkin, or else the end product might get overly hard. And based on his expression, I think the poor M&M on that bag might be trying to tell us something (like perhaps, he ate too much pumpkin).
5. True. Weirdest squid you ever saw. But, no, it didn't work.
So, did you all score 100%???

We are so looking forward to pumpkin season but they are usually only in shops over here just before Halloween. Have a fabulous Friday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Molly, they were in stores here in late August, and that is WAY too early. It kinda takes the fun out of anticipating the season. And they rot on one's porch before Halloween!
DeleteOh how we enjoy October
ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
Us too!
DeleteIt's an internet hoax that all corgis are hilarious. We have a few around the neighborhood and they seem awfully serious compared to what I've read in Chronicles of Cardigans and A Tale of Two Cardis.
ReplyDeleteI'm starting to think it might be Corgi people who are so funny and not the dogs themselves. :)
Pamela, in the interest of corgis everywhere, I take the Fifth. ;) Though I assure you (and I've been to a few corgi "mixers"), there's a reason the Cardigans are affectionately labeled clowns! Some might just have a little more "encouragement" than others.
DeletePumpkin Spice M&M's? I think we have all gone pumpkin crazy over here!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I like pumpkin spice, but don't funk up my chocolate! Those flavors were never meant to mix. :/
